Sealcoating
After all required repairs and prep
work has been completed, we will apply a three (3) coat
application of high quality sealer with appropriate
latex additives to promote high performance depending
on your pavement conditions.
Our Coal Tar and Asphalt based sealers
meet or exceed the following government specifications:
RP355e, Military Spec. MIL C 15203C FAA Spec P625, ASTM
D2939 ASSHTO T44, ASTM D217, Fed Spec. TTC 5558 and
FAA P626 A.

Asphalt
Repair
Our crews will repair or replace any
damaged/failed sections of pavement. All repairs are sawcut,
damage is removed and disposed of off site. Appropriate
thickness and mix type installed as required. All sawcut
repair joints are then cracksealed to prevent water infiltration
underneath the repair.

Crackfilling
Premium quality hot-applied crack sealants.
Cracks and open paving joints allow water to enter below
the surface of the pavement. This can result in erosion
of the subbase and create significant problems during
the freeze/thaw conditions of winter months ... the leading
cause of pavement distress.

Signage
& Striping
Upon completion of your quality coating
application or new pavement installation, we will reapply
all pre-existing pavement markings or redesign your layout
to maximize parking and traffic flow. Restripes also performed
economically for a fresh look. All paints meet State and
Federal Specs. Installation of custom and standard traffic
signs, handicap signage, etc.
